July2026 Workshop
In this interactive workshop, we will explore how the Circle of Security model can be meaningfully applied in the context of reflective supervision. We will discuss the Supervisor as Bigger, Stronger, Wiser, and Kind Hands, the value of this for the supervisee, and how to use the Circle as a roadmap to track and meet the needs of supervisees. Participants will reflect on the presence of Shark Music in supervisory relationships - both their own and that of their supervisees - and consider how these moments shape the supervisory process. We will also explore the inevitability of rupture in supervision and the central role of repair in restoring safety, trust, and connection. Attendees will be asked to consider the value of providing secure hands in supervision as a means for supporting supervisees to do the same for their clients.
